- CAPITAL PROVIDER compliance department will review BORROWER Application for project funding
Joint Venture Agreement
- CAPITAL PROVIDER will approve the application and deliver the draft Loan Agreement/Joint Venture Partnership Agreement to BORROWER
Joint Venture Partnership Agreement
Transfer of Funds for Financial Guarantee:
- BORROWER will send by same day wire transfer 5% to CAPITAL PROVIDER`S bank co-ordinates immediately upon receiving a Corporate Invoice.
Security
- CAPITAL PROVIDER secures a Financial Guarantee of 100% face value of the loan amount from the 5% deposit and returned at the end of the term.

- Funds are made available for BORROWER
- CAPITAL PROVIDER CAN FUND THE FOLLOWING COMMERCIAL PROJECT TYPES:
